Mask and filter arrived fine
I got the CM-6M Tactical Gas Mask and a couple of those CBRN Gas Mask Filters. Everything came pretty fast, like less than a week. It was all packed well and looked exactly like the pictures. I haven't really used it for anything yet, just tried it on to make sure it fit okay, which it did. Felt pretty comfortable. Happy with it.
